Help Me !! (Obi Wan)

Hey peeps its been a while my I-Phone 3GS-4.1jailbroken has been running smooth for months now (thanx to some previous help from you guys) i put instalous on still things were good until a few days ago when i noticed i was able to update games/apps i did this to a few. Now when i plug it into i-tunes i pick the things i want to swap around and when i start it says something like "you have apps that are not on i-tunes, do you want to load them to i-tunes? if you do not these apps will be deleted" so i fist pressed YES things start off normal eg. --backing up, then it says choosing next game to sync-- then it just cuts out. i have also pressed NO to the app load part but the same thing happens ??? im not sure what to do, any help will be much appreciated. thanx heaps fellas. (sorry for writing a whole story)

I wonder why is doing that, do you think thats because you maybe have some pirated apps?
