    Default new iPhone 4 precautions

So I recently got an iphone 4 and just successfully modified my regular tmobile sim card to fit into the phone and everything works.

    my itunes version: 10.2.0.34
    iphone version: 4.0.1
    baseband: 1.59

Any precautions I should take to not get the baseband updated or changed?

Is my itunes safe enough to sync? or should i revert back to an other version?

Use tiny umbrella to save your SHSH. Never update or restore to 4.3.

Depending on what SHSH you have dont try restoring at all for now.

Just don't ever leave your phone alone with iTunes

Some people claim it updates but you know they click the ok button when prompted

    But better safe than sorry
