iPhone 4 not logging recent calls

Hi, if anyone can help that would be great.

I am having a problem with my iphone logging recent calls. I started having this problem on my 3gs and after restoring my phone didn't solve the problem I upgraded to an iPhone 4, but I am still having the same problem.
I have deleted all my apps from my phone thinking they might have something to do with it but this didn't change it.
I have tried to restore it but this hasn't made any difference.

Any advice would be appreciated.

My iphone 4 just started doing this a couple days ago. It will log *some* calls, but not all. For instance it logged that I called my parents, but not that I called work (which were back-to-back). It also won't log calls of/from numbers that are not in my phonebook. I haven't changed anything, upgraded anything (cydia or appstore).

I have no idea what is going on.
