Whats going to happen when they swap out my phone?

Last month I brought in my iPhone 3G[s] into the apple store to see what they can do about the dust under my screen. To my surprise, they took my phone that day and had it back in my hands with a new screen and no dust under it in 15 minutes. My phone is jailbroken but apparently I was able to hide it and they didn't notice. Anyways, today I went back to the apple store with the same problem on the same phone. This time instead of swapping out the screen and cleaning out the dust, they said they would just replace the phone because it seems like its just going to happen again. I haven't backed up my phone in some time now, so I wasn't going to have them take it today. Now my concern is that when they take my phone(after I restore it and remove the jailbreak), the one they swap it out with, is it going to be a new 3G[s], a refurbished 3G[s], or an iPhone 4(which I highly doubt) and is it most likely going to have the 4.3 Firmware on it? I don't want to lose my jailbreak and I know the jailbreak for 4.3 isn't out yet. What should I do? Any suggestions would be great, thank you.

It's gonna be most likely refurbished with new firmware

+1.... its going to be a refurb 3gs ( dream on abt getting a 4....) with current firmware.

Think this through.... If you need the jb or unlock you have, you probably shouldn't swap out your phone right now, should you?

Plus you are going to lose your SHSHs if you had some for your last iPhone, so I think you are going to be stuck with 4.3 and some apps that the registration works with your unique serial number, you are going to have to buy them again if you had one, once you jailbreak it, like iBlacklist. Plus no unlock for you if you need it for now.

Ah crap. Well thank you everyone. Maybe they will release the jailbreak for 4.3 before march 29th.
