updating 3gs to 4.3

hey im on 4.3 beta 3 and i cant update to 4.3 GM i need help... i keep on getting 3194 error on itunes. i have an iphone 3gs new bootrom

did you try just updating to the version itunes downloads for your update process, by clicking restore?

Also make sure your host file if you ever touched on that is set back to normal and if you ever used TinyUmbrella that it isn't pointing to Cydia's server on exit.

i did all that and still nothing. i even tried it on a deferent computer and still nothing

Error 3194 is lack of SHSHs. However, going to 4.3 you shouldn't be getting that error bc it is the current signed fw. I have reason to believe you did not set your host file back to normal or TU is still pointing to Cydia's server.

It could also mean you aren't getting through to any server. Something is definitely wrong with your hosts file.
