Not ringing,not vibrating

iPhone 4 jailbroken on T-Mobile,4.1 firmware.
Suddenly stopped ringing or vibrating on incoming calls.
All the sounds work fine:iPod,ringtones etc.
Any clue ?
Thank for any help.

Restart the phone and see if it fixes the issue

Done that,no luck

Problem solved

Had "Call Tell" installed in Cydia,removed it and now works fine.
