Transfer photos from my ipod to my computer using ifile

Hi, trying to put photo from ipod on to computer
where are photos located
im using ssh so no fancy programs just location

if your ipod is connected to your computer, then Go to My Computer or Computer and your ipod should show up there. Just keep going through all the folders and you'll find the pictures
