Default iOS 4.3 updated but iphone4 stuck in recovery mode?

I never jailbroken my iphone4. Updated my itunes and iOS 4.3 as per normal, but now I'm stuck in recovery mode with the itunes logo and cable icon on my iphone 4. Now it's saying "itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode. You must restore this iphone before it can be used". Wtf ??

    Have tried different USB ports

Tried clicking restore but I got the error

Went into DFU mode. Now my apple device is not recognized in device manager, can't locate driver..

Any help would be greatful !!

Can you give me a rough guide on how to use tinyumbrella ? I've installed the program but "Exit Recovery" "Enter Recovery" and "Fix Recovery" are shaded out.

Do i need to put the phone in DFU mode ? And then which should i select? "Exit Recovery" "Enter Recovery" or "Fix Recovery"?

I do not have the 10xx error now though

Are you in dfu mode now? Did you get an error code when doing the restore?

I'm in recovery mode now (itunes and cable logo) on my phone but under device manager, my apple device has no driver as per attached screenshot.

Yes I did get an error during restore but not 10xx error.

Westerman - It was error 3014 when i hit restore in itunes

    @Westerman

I think i got it to be better than before, at least now it detects my phone on iTunes:

    Now i have 2 options:-

    1) should i shift + restore back to 4.2.1 via itunes and load back all my backup syncs? Where can I re-download the stock 4.2.1 ipsw ?

    2) or should i hit fix recovery on Tinyumbrella ?

Should i fix recovery on tiny umbrella ?

    EDIT:

Tried everything and still wouldn't restore back to 4.2.1 stock ipsw. I get 1013 everytime i try it. Do i need an older iTunes software?

Deleted the lines with gs.apple.com on hosts file

Fingers cross, doing update now.. I hope my phone isnt bricked..

DELETE this tinyumbrella hosts file in

    CWindows\System32\drivers\etc

It's the culprit. Mine works fine now
