okay, so i was on cydia today and when i was installing something, someone called me. and now that i went back to cydia, nothing is showing up. i went to changes, sources, packages, search, and all of the lists are empty.. what do i do??
Actually, I tried installing an app using the /AutoInstall/ directory through SSH on my PC and strange enough, when I rebooted my iPhone, everything in cydia was back to normal. Not sure what exactly caused the problem or why installing that fixed it, but I'm glad it did. I'm thinking cydia needed to be refreshed and doing an AutoInstall on startup got it going again.
