PHOTO.app ICON IS SOLUD BLANK WHITE???

Does anybody know why my photos.app icon is solid blank white? I've ran fswipecache and it didn't fix the issue. I also have no theme to change the icons and I've even tried to activate a theme and it was still SOLID white, and I used fswipecache after the theme was in place. No matter what it will not change back. Can anybody tell me why?

Nevermind! It was caused from a cydia app called "Click2Call", which adds speed dial icons to your springboard. Yeah that app is a no no. I guess it eventually changes all AppStore/Default apps to white icons from the research I've done.
