Top ten Packages
On this thread, post your top ten favorite Cydia packages, and list the repo is its not on a default one. Also, if it's paid, designate the price.

2. FolderEnhancer ($3)
3. PhotoAlbumsPlus ($3)

5. YourTube 2 (Free if YrTbe1 was bought)

How well does adblocker work for you? and does it cover all apps? or just webpages?

I love it. It works well. Additionally, it only works on Safari and other UIWebView ads

Does safari download manager allow you to download music straight into the music app?

No sadly, but you can use MewSeek for that, however, I experienced problems with that (iPod app crashing upon trying to open it, I ended up restoring). Try at your own risk...
