Iphone 4 LED Broken?

Well i have a iPhone 4 and if i go to use flash for videos (LED flash) anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it?

^ shows my problem. now when i go into video and turn the iPhone's LED light wont even come on. (works perfectly for pictures)
