iPhone 3GS screen wont light up properly after being disassembled! Please help!

My microphone on my iPhone 3GS was very quite, so i disassembled my phone to see if there were any obvious reasons why it was so quite. But i forgot to turn my phone off before i disassembled it (embarrassing), and when i put it back together the LCD didn't light up properly, and i couldn't see anything except a black screen. I've tried resetting my phone but that didn't work. If checked to see if every thing was on right, but it still won't work, Ive probably broke wires or something. Does anyone know if that is the reason, and if it is what wire do i need to buy. Please help, thank you xxx

I forgot to say, the phone is working fine (i think), the vibrate works and so does the sound when i get a text.

May have to take it back to Apple Retail Store to get it fixed.
