    Question Wifi is not working

    I just bought a new Iphone 3g.
    firmware: 3.1.3
    bootrom: 6.15.00
    jailbroken & unlocked to T-Mobile

My iPhone is unlocked and jailbroken from before I bought it. ever since ive had this phone, the wi-fi has not worked. it says sometimes that its connected to the network but a page will not load. I know its not my wifi networks fault because it works on my laptop and my other iphone. Please help it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

Or if you restore it and re-jailbreak and re-unlock it, you might have some luck.

I have already reset the network settings a couple times and it didn't work. I guess I'll just try a full restore :-/

this was common in 3.0 somthing in the firmware doesnt like the emulator jailbreak program thingy that has a cool acronym that I just don't know. Upgrade the frimware and rejailbreak make sure you use a jailbreakable/unlockable FW and hold shift while click restore or update to do so.

My parents didn't pay for my iPhone.
