Wallpaper?

on iOS 4.1 and 4.2, how do you get images in the wallpaper folder as a part of the theme? (native wallpaper folder)

From the testing I've done it seems that programs monitoring that folder only pick up files placed there by apps or syncing iTunes. I've tried using things like ifunbox to place files there and they aren't recognize.

Yea I know it can be done, the theme I am using came with wallpapers and they were put straight into my iPhone wallpapers
