all icons missing after installing iphone theme.... help pls !!!!

i downloaded a theme thru Cydia & installed it. After i respring the phone, all the icons moved up!?! For some reason i cant get to them at all. all i could see are the lower part of the three icons i placed on the bottom of the screen (phone, contacts, & messages) ( that would be similar to size 2 of the font of this message box). Those three icons work fine. The rest of the icons are somewhere above it. When i press home twice to go to ipod, then i press agin to close it, i could see the icons move upwards....?!?!? Can someone please help me !!!!!!

Remove the theme..

Go on Spotlight and Search for Winterboard and open Winterboard and disable the theme.
