how to get an iP4 replacement?

i have a iP4 locked to TELUS, however i have service with FIDO

how can i induce a problem in my fully working iP4 so i can get a replacement locked to FIDO

recommendations would be great

If there is a problem with your i4, take it to apple and the replacement that they'll give you is unlocked
