What is the consensus on the best app. to allow my PC to utilize my ip4 3G connection. In the Blackberry we used a app. named Tether, unfortunately it is BB - Andriod only.

PDAnet cracked can be found via the sinfuliphone repo and is very reliable.

You will also need to download a small fee program onto your laptop.

you can then tether via cable or wifi.

TetherMe is a $2 program that enables the built-in tethering capabilities of the iPhone via USB or Bluetooth. In order to make the iPhone act as a wifi access point that any device can connect to, MyWi is your main option. It's expensive, but compare to the $20/month cost that AT&T wants to charge for just the capabilities of TetherMe.

Appreciate the replies... The app. for my blackberry was like $50, I didn't mind that as it was a one time expense. The apps for ip appear to be cheaper across the board, this is good.
