1st Shift Animated Weather

Hey guys,

As you can see from my s/s that when I activate the weather widget it's not working, I just get the blank screen and a question mark.
Has anybody else had this problem and/or know how to fix it??
I used iPhone explorer on my gf's mac to install. I normally used winscp on my windows laptop when I'm at home. I have checked all the folders inside the actual theme folder and they all appear to be there.
The only thing I can think of is the var location being incorrect as I'm in the U.K and maybe the config doesn't recognise my location.
