i have an iphone 3g 16gb running ios 4.1 with baseband 6.15 i was wondering if someone could either send me a link to a tutorial or post one here on how to completely back up an iphone
the things i want to back up are
removed
cydia apps
winterboard themes
with removed ive tried to back up the apps with itunes but i can never get them to go on there ive tried everything on the removed faq page and i couldnt get them to sync.
the cydia apps ive read online but everything seems to professional i wanted some pics or video discriptions but couldnt find much
if someone could just point me in the right direction or just simply tell me what i need to do that would be highly appreciative since ive done a lot of googleing on this and still cant find anything on this maybe someone at modmyi could help

Sorry there isn't a way to back up anything that you have downloaded from Cydia, and we cannot discuss ********** apps. Themes you can save if you SSH into your iDevice and go into "Library/Themes" and just save your themes onto your computer.

The last guys an idiot, go get AppBackup and AptBackup or PkgBackup from cydia
AppBackup backs up your game saves
AptBackup or PkgBackup backs up your cydia install files
PkgBackup costs money but might be necessary if you are changing iPhones as it backs it up as a contact
All of these programs get backedup when you sync with iTunes

The one App is a Pirate App
Cydia is not and yes AptBackup can back up a list of installed Cydia apps but during a restore you must JB and go back to cydia and re DL again anyway, the apps are not backed up, (Watch who you call an idiot)
So there is no complete solution I have ever seen like a non jailbroken phone on itunes Back up, where you can restore and then sync your apps back on from your computer without the app store.
