iTunes not syncing apps to iPhone

Hey, i was trying to sync my apps the other day and none of my apps were synced. I was googling up a few minutes ago but withoiut any results as usual.
What it shows me is that the app is being installed (quite fast may i say, but if it's things the size of angry birds or fruit ninja and facebook well then duuh) or it just crashes on me.
I got all of these errors signs below

- App not signed
- 0xE8000004
- 0xE8000043 (?)

- iTunes Crash-boom


None of the apps I'm syncing are cracked nor anyhow stolen.
The only way i can work around is to download the from the appstore on my iPrecious but that doesn't satisfy me at all.
Maybe it is realted, but i restored my iPhone the other day because the music files that i synced were not playing, not even through iFile but that might be an error in my Quicktime codec or something. the things are related because when i enabled the"sync checked only" and "sync 128kbps" it asked me to delete every single app on the device.
Also iTunes just hangs throughout syncing and i have to shut it down through the task manager but that is just apple want to make you buy an iMac or a Macbook with a purpouse-less thunderbolt socket but whatever
