    Default Reg cleaner for iPhone?

Not sure the right term but was wondering if there is a program that can completely wipe an app or if that even needs to be done. The reason I ask is because I have 4 iPhones and this one program I have on all 4 works except on 1. The only one it does not work on is the one that had the free version on it before hand. I am wondering if having both on the same time could of messed it up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 4 or 5 times and still no luck. Just wondering if there is a way to make sure it is truly gone before installing it again.

Jailbreak the iPhone and use iFunBox or iPhone Explorer to get to the root and delete the App files in the root.
