1.where to dwl themes and how to install them ??

1) Cydia has thousands of themes to download, if you open Cydia > Go on sections > Scroll down to Themes and browse for a theme. To install you need a Cydia Application called Winterboard. There you just select the theme and it enables.

2) Discussing Cracked Apps is prohibited in this forum.
