iPhone 4 hacked?

After JB'ing my iPhone4, I changed my password from "alpine" to an impossible one that would be very hard to guess. What are the chances of someone hacking into my phone and getting my credit card info off iTunes?

I ask because I just closed out my credit card due to fraud. Someone stole my number and made a payment to XBOX Live (don't know what that is) on the same day as I made an iTunes purchase for $0.99. This was my 2nd iTunes purchase; the first transaction was made before I JB my phone.

Too much of a coincidence? I am nervous now to use my phone for purchases through iTunes and am tempted to remove everything remotely related to any accounts I have (ATT Mobile, 1Password, LogMeIn, etc.).

What do you think I should do? Any safeguard tips I should be taking?

1) The chances are quite low, I've never really heard of anyone getting hacked for their credit card number.

2) XBOX Live is Microsoft Xbox network where people can play together
