    Default WinSCP not Connecting

    Hi All
When I try and connect to my iPhone 3G via WinScp I get the error message

ERROR: SERVER UNEXPECTEDLY CLOSED NETWORK CONNECTION

I have added it to my trusted list on my firewall and anti virus and also opened the ports via my router, the bugging thing is it worked all the time then suddenly this.

I have racked my brain trying to sort this problem but no joy as to yet.

If anyone can help me that would be great !
    Many Thanks In Advance

Try installing OpenSSH and Veency on your iPhone through Cydia if you haven't already, then rebooting your phone and trying to connect again.

Were you using the username "root" and password "alpine"? That is the default password if you haven't changed it.

    Good Luck!

Thanks for your help yes i have tried uninstalling openSSH and reinstalling it and the same with Winscp on my PC yes i was using the defaults root and alpine and even tried the other default password dottie again this did not work,

I have now got a program called diskaid and it allows me to connect with the USB lead and has all the same features as Winscp only without the WiFi connection needed.

The program is only a 14 day trial at them min but i have had it a day and its not change yet, but it only cost $9.90 to buy so i may just buy it.

    Thanks for your help!
