updated cydia w/ 3.1.3

after updating cydia it crashes going through packages and i have 4 updates to do and when i confirm i get a window like in pic 1 the second pic shows the version OS i have with new update version of cydia on the the bottom of the pic.
i did delete the files under /var/lib/apt/lists. But did not delete partial folder.
is it because my 3gs iphone is 3.1.3
any help would be appreciated.

What are the updates?

Could be something with OpenSSH, try updating them individually.
