2G with MMS but no data - on AT&T

Before I start, I know that at&t knows it's an iphone and I have to have a plan, etc. etc.

What I need to know is, is it possible to block data on the phone but keep mms (I have cydia mms hacks enabled).. MMS works as long as the edge toggle is on, it won't when off. Unfortunately data works when edge is on too.

Simply, can cellular data be disabled, across the board, and still keep mms?

I have APN editing turned on.

EDIT: Well I think I figured it out. Firewall IP is the only way to get around this. It has an option to block all data except on wifi.
