Help with OS settings menu?

Going through my iPhone's OS and just cleaning up a bit, I've somehow managed to do this ... I was deleting the stock notes, weather, and stocks apps, as I use third party apps for these functions and have left the "Notes" section in the settings menu. Is there any way I can delete the "Notes" from showing in this menu at all. If not, at the very least, a way to get the icon back to suit my OCD'ness Thanks in advance, being a new iPhone owner this forum has been a huge help for me.
