Ditto for me on this issue. Some notifications come through, but most don't. Also on an iPhone 4, 4.2.1, JB with Greenpois0n.
Any thoughts, folks?

I've found a solution.. DON'T UPDATE YOUR CYDIA AFTER THE JAILBREAK! YES!
I know the old one's kinda slow but hey your push notifications will be working. This is what i did:
Step 1. Installed Twitter/Facebook on freshly installed firmware (4.2.1) on my ipod touch.
Step 2. Used it for a while (Like msg your friends & when they msg/mention you back you get a push notification).
Step 3. Performed a jailbreak with redsn0w 0.9.6b4 here.
My push notifications were working fine till now. But when i updated my Cydia to 1.1.something, they stopped.
So i went back & installed the firmware all over again & performed steps 1 to 3 but this time i did not update cydia. Woohoo! Notifications are still working.
Let me know if it worked for you.
Cheers!Last edited by iDubstep; 06-23-2011 at 02:35 AM.

Push doctor is great, but to fix push as much as possible, try pushfix, it's $6 but well worth it
plus it's also worthwhile to note that i don't know anyone who gets all their facebook, etc notifications
