Apps deleted by iTunes

I have a jailbroken 3gs with version 4.1 and 06.15.00 bb on.
If i download apps from cydia or ********** then connect my iphone to iTunes, iTunes deletes the apps.
I have ******* installed but iTunes still deletes them.
Does anyone know how i can correct this.

Your not sposed to talk about warez on here. You should buy apps to support the people who make them.

Talk about cracked apps/warez/piracy is not allowed on ModMyi.


You will find no help here for that.
