Ipod to Iphone

wife has an ipod touch she has been using for a while now.I just got her an iphone and she wants to transfer stuff like her address book and other log entries to the iphone so she won't have to manually do everything again.Is there a way to do this? thanks

Try iTunes?
I bought an IPad and was able to transfer all my apps etc from my I-4 phone that way. Check the settings for how many devices associated with iTunes to make sure it's not maxed out. I forget where that setting is.
