Should I take it back?
Okay guys, here's the story: When I got my current iPhone 4 in the beginning of January, I noticed the home button wasn't always working. I though it would just go away in time, but it hasn't. Since then I've got a scratch on my screen, and I'm wondering, should I take my iPhone back to Rogers? And if I do, do I need to give them all the packaging and stuff too? Finally, do I just walk into a Rogers store and ask for a replacement, or do I have to go around it a certain way.
Thanks in advanceName? whereswaldo

It is easier if you can make it to an Apple store. There you only need to bring in the phone and tell them your home button is not working properly.
Apple handles the repairs.Last edited by Cer0; 02-03-2011 at 09:12 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Nope, a broken button is still a broken button.

The problem is, normally the button is fine, so when I show it to them, it'll probably look fine. Do I need to have a big problem for them to replace it, or will they replace it no problem?

Make a genius appointment. Make sure any trace of JB is gone. Goto Apple store show phone. He'll look into headphone hole with flashlight. Try your phone. It won't work. He'll give you a new replacement no questions.
However, if he can't find anything wrong. He'll still replace it however, It will be noted in your record and they won't give you a " no questions" replacement again.60% of the time, it works every time.

Walk in and announce at the top of you lungs "I am XXX! I hath come to lay claim to the almighty iPhone Four! Summon the mighty blacksmith of repair! I command thee!".
Then casually walk up to the genius bar and let them know when your appointment is for. They will call you.
