Storage cleanup and restore

Is there an app that can scan the IP4 for anomalies? I know I should have more capacity on my IP4 and I don't won't to keep restoring my phone when ever I have to delete a large files and the storage doesn't return to it's original capacity.

umm not that I know of, The only thing i could think of is deleting anything you don't need anymore on your phone.
