not sure what i did or installed but for some reason, my phone just crashed and went into the screen taht said my phone was overheating and needed to cool down.

my phone is physically fine in any way possible but this kinda scared me. has this happened to anyone else and do you guys know what would cause this?

btw, my phone is fine, i just dont want it to happen agian
