3G, Edge & GPRS icons disappeared from status bar
Hi all,
I just got an iPhone 3G with 4.2.1 jailbroken and for the life of me I can't get it to connect via GPRS, Edge or 3G. My gsm package fully supports all these connections, they are activated and the SIM card is only 1 month old.
Here's what happens:
When I'm on the lock screen the 3G icon appears (while if I disable 3G in SBSettings I get the doughnut GPRS icon). When I enter the main screen the 3G (or GPRS) icon disappears. I wouldn't mind if only the icon was missing, but there's no cellular data connection happening no matter what I do. WiFi connects fine (and icon shows up as expected) but when I switch it off and go for GPRS or 3G there's no connection coming through...
Any ideas?

nvm, uninstalled Data Toggle for SBSettings, reinstalled SBSettings and disabled the option to show current date next to hour on status bar. All is working fine now.Last edited by masbass; 01-30-2011 at 01:41 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
