HTC weather widget help needed

I just downloaded the htc lockscreen weather widget and need a little help. I can not figure out how to remove the stock clock on the lockscreen and I do not know how to make the weather show my home location. Anyone have any tutorials or advice that would be great.

also I am on a 3G and am running 4.2.1 fw
