battery died and jailbreak went away on Limera1n

My battery recently died like it normally would, I jailbroke with Limera1n on iPod 4G, and my Cydia and jailbreak are all in tack but my tweaks for example like Five Row Column and Infinidock and everything else disappear but like Cydia is still there saying I have packages installed I try reinstalling them and it didn't work, I tried sending the command touch /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.saurik.mobilesubstrate.dat through SSH and also Terminal since its still there nothing happens! its like the springboard looks standard like brand new but everything is there. I don't know what happened but all my stuff is still there! what do I do? just my battery died like it normally would, and of course untethered jailbreak, and I tried rebooting and everything what do I do plz?
