Restore Iphone but keep everything HELP

I have so much useless junk on my iphone 3gs that ifile won't let me delete. For example i have an n64 emulator on there that doesn't even work and when i go into ifile and locate it in apps it says "Error the file N64.app could not be deleted". So if there is a way to delete all this useless crap lemme know because all it is doing is taking up space.

So I was thinking... is there a way to restore everything to stock on my phone and just have itunes throw everything back on there? My phone is jailbroken however and going through all the cydia programs re jail breaking and junk is alot of work. Unless I don't have to rejailbreak and unlock? So i don't know what to do. Plus if i just click backup first then restore. It's gonna backup all the useless junk hidden on my phone. How do i clean it all up?

Well as far as i know, the n64 stuff u have to delete thru cydia where u got it from. (proper way). If its not deleting then i dont know. As for the back ups all ur apps will still be available. Providing u turned off the apple killswitch. Cydia app backup- there is a program called aptbackup that saves all ur cydia stuff (supposed to) and when u do a backup it stores it as an app. Then when u restore u redownload the apt program and it'll tell u to press "restore" and it'll help u download all ur cydia stuff. But try to get rid of the unwanted stuff first. Although i really wantrd to try this out, i just said the hell with it and started fresh. Thats as far as i know anyways.. Theres lots of info on this stuff just have to look goodluck

So what EXACTLY do u want to do? What do u want to keep? Do u want to be jailbrkn again? Unlocked? Upgraded? The more specific u r, the better i can assist u along the way...

P.s. U do know that whatever u got thru cydia, u have to uninstall in cydia rite?

I'm trying to delete these old roms and just misplaced stuff junk within the rom folders off my iphone. I can't delete it from cydia because i deleted the app but all the info and garbage is still in ifile. var/stash/Applications.yxXQRC



Click the two photos above this. The same thing goes for the SNES folders. It comes up with that error.

Use iFunbox to ssh into your phone and delete the stuff you dont want that way
