Facelt "Facetime" on unlock iphone 3gs help!

Hi, I download facelt " facetine" on my iphone 3gs with ios 4.1
But when I activated on settings doesn't move out from waiting activation, I thinl it is because my iphone its unlock for another carrier, Iwant to know if there is a way to activate facelt on unofficial carrier.

That happens to me when i use hacktivation, if i use official sim it works!!!
