I heard on various sources that the 2.1 update for multifl0w is out. I have been refreshing cydia again and again. Its not there? Can some help or does someone know something about this?

Unfortunately I don't know why you don't see the update, but thanks for the heads up! New version looks cool.

Curious, if you go into "recent changes" for multifl0w in cydia, do you see the 2.1 update listed? Uninstall and reinstall maybe?
