SAM Notification: Error 3840

I keep on getting the following message on my iPhone in the SAM Application if I press restore activation: : " SAM Notification, Error restoring activation record: 3840".

Does anyone know what this means and what I have to do in order to eliminate this error?

There are 3 new utilities that Sam Bingner has added to Cydia under his repo, http://repo.bingner.com/. They are Acutil, Pushutil, and Stockify. Does anyone know whether or not one should install these new utilities to improve the action of the Subscriber Artificial Module that I have already installed?Also, will these utilities correct the error 3840 that I mentioned in my post above?
