I dont have the protective cover on it!! I bought the phone JB and UL. Where can I get a custom firmware for restore? What should I use for the most stable JB and UL with 4.1?

You should be able to get the FW from this site. I can't post the link sorry I'm driving and using the mobile app.
I've used limera1n and ultrasn0w on mine without any problems.
Don't forget to use tinyumbrella to preserve your BB.

long shot but...did you try using the phone on your other ear?
60% of the time, it works every time.
