.deb file? How do i use this theme file?

I just downloaded bars's Elite Pro HD theme from his site after buying it and it is a .deb file, how do i use this with winterboard, or what do i do with it?
I know how to SSH into my phone already or use DiskAid to get the file onto the phone, just not sure where to put it exactly and how to use it since the other theme files in winterboard are in folders, i was expecting a .zip and a folder to be in their...

Themes files usually end with .theme. You put it in Stash/themes.
If you say it is in .deb file, try putting it in cydia/autoinstall and reboot your iphone

cydia autoinstall is your best bet, if your having trouble with that ifile can install debs, just navigate to it click it, then hit installer .
or through terminal you can use:
su
alpine
dpkg -i /(location of deb)
