Homescreen not working 3GS?

I have a 3GS iOS4, and when I set my background, it appears to apply the picture fine, but my homescreen shows up black. I went into safe mode, and it shows up fine, so I believe this is a problem with some jailbreak package. I also tried deselecting all themes and reinstallling winterboard, neither worked. Do I have to randomly start uninstalling stuff or has someone experienced this before?

It was the panorama app that was causing the problem. I just uninstalled it
