Cydia Amlost Full

Hi All,
Well im having a problem with my Cydia, and i was wondering if there was a way to delete unwanted files from my Cydia, either via SSH or in cydia... i just wanted to free some space up, cos everytime i go into cydia it tells me i need to delete some stuff and it gets annoying at times.

Perhaps eliminate some sources you don't use.

Increase system partition size

I have not tried it as not had a problem yet, but seems like a good solution.
