    Default Otterbox defender series

I've recently got this case for my iPhone 4 and I am having a problem. The built in screen protector seems to have a greasy look to it. When I look at it closely it appears greasy. Ive tried cleaning it from both sides and still the same. Is this how it's suppose to be or what?

You need to dust either the phone's screen, or the inside of the Otterbox screen with baby powder. The way I do it...

    1) Clean both well

    2) Shake the bottle of baby powder (with the bottle closed)

    3) Open the bottle and hold either the phone or the case (face down) over the bottle

    4) Quickly squeeze the bottle to get a nice puff of powder. This will lightly coat the screen with a fine powder.

    5) Now put the case on the phone and rub the entire screen with your finger (this presses the screen and screen protector together). Now look for any "water marks".

    6) Repeat the puff should you still see any "water marks"/ wipe off any excess powder too.

    Hope that's clear enough.

    But that helps with watermarks.
My problem is that the screen protector looks greasy. I've tried cleaning everything.

Perhaps try cleaning with 100% (or as close as possible to it) iso alcohol. If that doesn't work then ask for a replacement.

They are a great company for sending replacement items.

Worth every penny too. I dropped my job site table saw on my 3GS once. Not a scratch!
