    Default cant get sendSMS command to work

    downloaded the sendSMS command line tool from cydia but every time i use it it shows "sending sms.." but doesnt actually send anything, nor does it show any kind of sent confirmation. im running 4.0 could that be the problem? i need to get this to work because im trying to buid a GUI that uses it.
