Getting out of Safe Mode
Hi,
I have a jailbroken iPhone 3G on iOS 4.2.1. I've installed MyWi (No Rock) which I think is the same as the one here. However, I got an error message and I restarted the Springboard. Now my phone is in the Safe Mode and I can't get out of it. I tried removing it from cydia, but I got some error messages. I removed the MyWi app folder manually using WinSCP, but I'm still facing this problem. I tried installing another version, but I couldn't. I even tried installing Rock, but that didn't work either.
Can you please help me with this?
Thanks

If you have sbsettings installed go into it and goto more then under system settings you will see mobile substrate you can go in there and disable them one at a time and respring the phone once safemode stops happening you got the right one. Allot of apps are not compatible with 4.2.1 jb yet so this is most likely your issue.

My SBSettings installation itself was giving me safe mode last night on a newly jb'ed 3GS (due to an Activator issue I think) on 4.2.1.

Sounds like a cracked version install to me.
