wanna update

I wanna update my 3gs(oldBR) from 4.1 to 4.2.1 and unlock. It has baseband 5.12 and want to keep it like that, what can i use? I dont really want to go to 6.x.x baseband.

You can't. No FW bundle form the dev-team yet.

and to get push to work, i would have to unhacktivate and use an atnt card. Is that the only way? cuz push doctor messes up my youtube

Ok, I understand. But it takes our time to make sure our answers are correct. So we just go and do the same thing that you could have in the first place

Actually you can update. I believe sn0wbreeze released an update that allows you to create a custom 4.2.1 with baseband preservation. I'm not positive but google it. I'm fairly certain they did but still no promises

my mistake, it's still in development. Not released yet.

Naw, they have to wait for pwnage tool as it is a windows port of it.
