1015, as far as I know it's when an iphone has has a baseband higher than your firmware. Anyways to what you need to do.
Download the latest tiny umbrella from

    http://thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com/

Choose you operating system, mac, pc or linux.

Then after it opens chuck your iphone into the comp and click 'kick out of recovery' and it should work fine. It did on my iphone

How did you unlock? Did you upgrade to the iPad baseband so you could do this? Or did you create a custom 4.2.1 firmware that didn't upgrade the baseband?

If you upgraded to the iPad baseband, then you should have read the warning that stated you can never again use iTunes to restore to an official firmware. You'll NEED to create a custom 4.2.1 firmware file that doesn't check the baseband version. I believe the best way to do this is to use PwnageTool on a Mac.
